    Global Expansion with Intentia
    ETP formed an alliance with Intentia (now a part of Infor), creating a global service delivery team with offices in London, New York, and Singapore.

    The Intentia business was acquired by Symphony Capital, Palo Alto.

    Launch of ETP VX in Singapore, Dubai, and India
    ETP introduced its flagship product, ETP VX Retail Solution—a powerful 4th-generation retail platform designed to help retailers move towards a proactive and flexible business model. It quickly gained popularity among leading retail brands.

    ETP introduced its ETP V5.2 solution in Indonesia, gaining traction by signing large deals for thousands of stores, further strengthening its presence in Southeast Asia.

    ETP introduced its ETP V5.2 solution in the Philippines, gaining traction by signing large deals with leading retailers, including BIR and Mall accreditation.

    Entry into China and South Korea
    ETP signed global customers in these two markets and localised the software to work with the regulations and languages of these countries.

    Launch of AI-Powered Cloud Native Platforms
    ETP launched its Ordazzle Platform for e-Commerce in 2023, which has the functionality of OMS, PIM, WMS, and a powerful AI. In 2024, ETP launched the ETP Unify Platform for retailers that has one central database and features POS, CRM, Inventory, Promotions,, OMS, PIM, WMS, and a host of AI use cases.
