Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design CRM solutions, and support the implementation and enhancement of CRM systems.
As a BA, you would be responsible for designing solution approaches for developing new functionality in the existing ETP Suite of applications. Below are the responsibilities:
- Preparation of a detailed functional specification based on the given requirement, with wireframe, flow charts, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Presenting the functional design to the development and QA team.
- Working closely with the development team for the new feature development.
- Validation of the feature once it is developed against the functional specification.
- Coordinating with the QA team for the test scenarios.
- Preparation of manual and training materials.
- Market Research and analysis of competitor’s solutions.
Skills & Experience
- We require an enthusiastic and talented person.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their capabilities.
- Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and CRM best practices.
- Should have a working knowledge of design tools & flowcharting tools.
- Should be able to do research on a given topic and come up with possible solution designs to achieve the same.
- Preferred to know SQL queries.
- Preferred to have a working knowledge of Jira.
