Avinash Gowda, our leader for New Logo Acquisitions in Asia Pacific, is dedicated to driving ETP’s Retail, e-commerce, and Unified Commerce solution revenue through value creation. He has nearly three decades of direct enterprise and channel led sales experience across the SaaS, Services, Infrastructure, and Cloud solutions segments.
Before joining ETP, he spent five years at Nutanix, a global leader in Hybrid cloud solutions holding several country and regional leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that he was one of the early employees of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in ASEAN and is familiar with guiding large enterprises as they embrace the path of transitioning workloads to a subscription model. He spent five years at Microsoft during their early journey of cloud transformation, building new models, programs and compensation metrics with a focus on strong annuity revenue streams versus the traditional legacy software sales.
He has held channel leadership roles in Cisco Systems as well as account Management, territory sales, regional distribution and services roles at Sun Microsystems, HCL Infosystems and with Hewlett-Packard’s Indian operations.
An engineering graduate from the University of Mysore, he is married to Poh Lin and together they have two sons. During his free time, he tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, hiking with friends and occasionally cooking for his family.
