Step into the enchanting world of Diwali 2024 at ETP, where the festivities illuminated our Mumbai and Pune offices with joy and togetherness!

This year’s celebration was nothing short of spectacular, featuring a fashion show where our enthusiastic ETP team members, along with some family members, graced the ramp with poise and pizzazz. The event was filled with a vibrant jamming session, showcasing musical talents, and ETPgram – a presentation of creative reels made by our talented team members from both offices, displaying their flair for acting and editing. The families enjoyed some delicious snacks and dinner and the day concluded with a stunning display of fireworks that brought smiles to the faces of the children and families alike, adding a magical finale to the event.

A canvas of creativity!

At ETP Group, we believe in fostering a creative and nurturing environment for our employees. To celebrate the power of artistic expression, we hosted an Art Activity Day. Our talented employees showcased their creativity and passion for art, producing a stunning array of pieces. From vibrant depictions of Bal Krishna to serene landscapes and delicate floral arrangements, the artwork on display was truly inspiring.

One particular piece that resonated with many was a powerful message conveyed through art. An employee creatively depicted a girl with a caption that read, “Little girls remember some chocolates have bitter intentions.” It was a thought-provoking artwork. Our Art Activity Day was a resounding success, reminding us of our team’s incredible talent and creativity.

To unwind and have some fun after a productive week, ETP Group organized a special “Fun Friday” event. The day was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and friendly competition as our employees participated in a variety of exciting team-building exercises.

The day provided a much-needed break from our daily routines and fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment. It was an opportunity for our employees to relax, connect with colleagues, and simply have a good time.

We Painted the Town Red and Our Hearts Green!

Holi, the festival of colors, was celebrated with a unique twist. Instead of traditional water-based colors, our entire team embraced the eco-friendly approach by playing with organic colors. Our employees had a blast playing with the vibrant colors. Laughter filled the air as colleagues chased each other, smearing each other with colorful powders. The atmosphere was electric, and the smiles were contagious.

At ETP, we believe in fostering a culture of sustainability and well-being. Our Holi celebration was a reflection of this belief, as we enjoyed the festive spirit while minimizing our environmental impact.

Celebrating the spirit of unity and patriotism, ETP Group celebrated India’s 75th Republic Day on January 26th 2024 with great fervor and enthusiasm. The team marked this special day by coming together as a team in a joyous and collaborative atmosphere.

With the rendition of the national anthem first thing in the morning, #TeamETP paid homage to India’s rich heritage and values. Later, the team engaged in a ‘Best from Waste’ activity, where our talented members showcased their creative skills by repurposing materials to create something meaningful and eco-friendly.

Team ETP revels in the vibrant spirit of the Navratri 2023 celebration at ETP Group!

The joyous occasion witnessed the entire team participating with great excitement, dressing up vibrantly in line with the designated colour for each of the 9 days. The lively colors, energetic music, and rhythmic dance moves continue to resonate in our memories. Kudos to the Best Dressed winners and outstanding dancers acknowledged during the Garba celebration on October 20, 2023.

The 9-day celebration not only displayed the team’s vibrant energy but also highlighted the strong sense of camaraderie and inclusivity at ETP International, making it a fantastic workplace.
