Solution Architect – India and Singapore
You have 5-8 years of experience in sales or consulting with strong functional exposure to Retail / Distribution industry and at least one full life cycle ERP / SCM implementation experience. You have excellent communication and presentation skill and have the ability to listen to prospects and visualise solutions that can deliver business benefits. Experience in Presales would be preferred but not mandatory.

You will be responsible to achieve a unique ETP Solution design and proposal highlighting business benefits. Also, meet prospects and understand their unique business requirements, provide solution presentation and demonstration to prospects and partner. You will be responsible for making presentations at seminars / conferences / solution forums / exhibitions and also support customer projects as and when required. You will be based in Mumbai. Graduates, preferably with a MBA required. Female candidates will be preferred.

Technical Lead / Sr. Technical Designer
You have 5-9 yrars experience in application development in JAVA/J2EE.You should have the Knowledge of design patterns, JAVA, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, XML, XSL, DOM, schemas, XML parsers and tools and reporting tools
For Designer role, experience in technical designing of business solution is required

Business Consultant / Sr. Business Consultant
You have 3 – 10 years experience in Retail / Distribution industry and at least one full life cycle ERP / SCM implementation experience is preferable.

You will be responsible for Implementing ETP product / solution. Understand business requirements of Retail and Distribution companies in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Merchandise planning, Warehousing and Inventory Management. Functional requirements compilation, imparting training and implementing ETP solution and Customer support on ETP solution.

Movex Consultant
You have 3 – 10 years experience in Sales / Distribution, Finance.

You will be responsible for Implementing Movex ERP solution of Intentia.Functional requirements compilation, imparting training and implementing Movex solution and Customer support on Movex solution.business Requirement Study, Solution Designing.

Software Engineers/ Developers
You have 2 to 4 years experience in software product development. You have an in-depth knowledge of Java / J2EE. Should have experience in EJB, SWING, XML, XSL. You are a creative thinker and have excellent problem solving skills with an appreciation of various SDLCs.

Business Analysts
You have 2-5 years of experience in Retail/Distribution industry with ERP/SCM implementation experience. You also have 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst designing solutions/systems. If you are an MBA or CPIM, it would be an added advantage.

Test Engineers
You have 2-6 years of experience to read and interpret requirement specifications and procedures. Must have good understanding of operating systems. Will be responsible for developing test cases and management, set up test environment, defect reporting & tracking, defining and implementing software testing standards and practices. Experience preferred in Retail, Procurement, Sales, Distributions.

Will also perform functions within the software test lifecycle process that includes requirements management, user training, alpha and beta testing. Will be a part of ISO implementation team for Products.
